Obtain Sample Factlet Data and Upload It

To be able to start creating threads using some existing Factlets (and see examples of Factlets) when I first use the system.

Details

• Data should be sourced from obvious open sources and uploaded. See ExistingMaterial for list of possibilities.
• As it will be necessary to integrate different sources (e.g. wikipedia and geonames) as well as to extract particular information such as dates this may be nontrivial -- though some of this work may have been done already by e.g. dbpedia.

See r89, r97 (and previous). Have made a start, see e.g.: browser:trunk/microfacts/getdata together with browser:trunk/microfacts/tests/data (associated commands: paster ww2data, paster testdata).

This isn't yet very comprehensive but more work should become a new ticket.
