Search Factlets (by text) and Display the List of Results

I want to

Search through factlets using text terms and have those factlets which match best displayed.

Details

• Text box should be as in a search engine and search should be of Factlet title and description (with more weight on title)
• Results should be displayed in order of match quality with a maximum number shown oer page (results can be paginated if pagination implemented).
  • This may be a separate independent ticket as viewing a results list is common across many activities.
