Change domain model to store features rather than points by default

This should be relatively easy. however also need to update the wui to support this (both in read and edit).

For editing suggest:

• Have a text based rendering (perhaps of plain geojson) and non-text-based version (geo editor). Option 2 should definitely be a separate ticket as it is a major endeavour (see discussion of openlayers options on ExistingTools)
• For rendering: it is hoped that current system should adapt without much problem.
