The system shall present to data openness enquiry owner options to close the enquiry with resolution of open, not open, or not known

  • This option will be presented both as part of the WUI (when user is logged in and they view an enquiry of which they are owner should be option to "edit it"/"resolve it")
  • As part of notification to response link to edit/resolve page should be provided (a la wordpress comment notification)
