Migrate blog.openshakespeare.org to main blog and/or wiki

Like ticket:28 (for pdw):

• Move all posts to main blog with tag "Open Shakespeare"
• Code page can go (can put section on main site on about page if necessary)
• EB11 has moved to main site already (might need to update related blog posts though ...)
• About and Texts and Demo no longer needed
