CRUD Admin Edit interface using formalchemy

Description

Use formalchemy CRUD admin controller to create a basic admin edit interface.

Cost: 2h

Notes:

  • Need to have some access control around this. For present will take care of this outside the app but should look to do this once authentication is implemented (will create separate ticket).
