About this project:
The OAK Law Project is developing legal protocols for managing copyright issues in an open access environment. The project aims to facilitate open access to publicly funded research by developing policies, legal protocols and model generic licences that can be used to negotiate and transact (share) research in the form of digital content in an online environment. The OAK Law Project will provide vital infrastructure for the open access landscape.
